Refunds

Cancel from the booking page, or call 1800 202 4455, up to two hours before the collector is due. The full amount is reversed. Simulated online payments are marked refunded in the console. There is no card refund because no card was charged.

Once a sample is collected, the order is in the laboratory and is not refundable, except when we cannot process the sample and a redraw is refused. A single failed tube inside a package is redrawn at no charge.

Supplements can be returned unopened within seven days of delivery. Opened bottles are not taken back.
