Bioline was started in Gurugram by pathologists who were tired of two kinds of reports: the ones that arrived late, and the ones that arrived as a wall of numbers. The company collects samples at home, runs routine assays in partner laboratories that follow ISO 15189 quality systems, and calls you when a flag needs a sentence of context.
What the visit is built around
- Pre-labelled tubes, barcoded before the collector leaves.
- A temperature-logged bag between your door and the analyser.
- A pathologist review on values that do not fit the rest of the panel.
- A counselling call that explains flags and does not start medicine.
People who run it
Dr. Meera Iyer, founder and chief pathologist. She trained in laboratory medicine and still signs out the odd cases that the routine benches escalate.
Arjun Deshpande, chief operating officer. He plans collector routes and the promise that a confirmed morning slot is a person, not a window that slides all day.
Dr. Kabir Shah, lab quality. Proficiency testing, document control, and the sentence on the report that names the processing lab.
Leela Nair, customer experience. Prescription desk, panel cards, and the counselling roster.
What we will not claim
A package is not a full-body scan. A tumour marker is not a cancer test for healthy people. A health score is not a diagnosis. If you have chest pain, breathlessness, bleeding, or confusion, use emergency care.
