Privacy

Bioline collects the details needed to book a test: name, mobile, email, address, age, gender and the tests you chose. Reports are shared with the mobile and email on the booking.

What we store

• Account and family profiles you save.
• Booking, payment status and report summary.
• Prescription files, kept in a private uploads folder, not on the public website.
• Health-score answers if you choose to save them.

What we do not do

We do not sell report data. Counsellors see the booking they are calling about. Lab partners see the sample identifiers and the requested tests.

To ask for a copy or a deletion of an unused account, write to care@bioline.lab. Reports that have already been issued may be retained as part of the laboratory record.
