How fast can someone reach my home?

In most serviceable neighbourhoods of our larger cities, a collector can reach you within about 60 minutes of a confirmed booking during working hours. Early-morning slots are planned the previous evening. Pin code coverage shows up at checkout.

Do I have to fast?

Accepted Answer

Only if the test needs it. Glucose, triglycerides and a few hormone tests ask for 8 to 12 hours without food. Water is allowed. The package card states the longest fast in the bundle. Thyroid profiles and HbA1c usually do not need a fast.

When will the report arrive?

Routine biochemistry and blood counts are usually ready within 6 to 12 hours of the sample reaching the lab. Cultures, some antibodies and DNA reports take longer. The product page shows the expected time. You can follow the same clock under Track booking.

Can I book for my family on one visit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose the member count on the package. Each person gets their own labelled tubes and their own report. The per-person price is lower on most full body packages when you add people.

Is home collection really free?

Home collection is included in the test price in serviceable pin codes. We do not add a visit fee at the door. Scans and MRI are centre visits and the price on the scan page is the centre price.

What is a smart report?

Accepted Answer

A smart report lists each parameter with its value, the reference range, a plain-language note, and a flag when a value sits outside the range. It is a reading aid. It is not a diagnosis and it does not start treatment.

Can I cancel or move a slot?

Accepted Answer

You can move a slot from the booking page until two hours before the collector is due. Cancelling before the visit is free. Once a sample is collected, the tests enter the lab and the order cannot be refunded in full. See the refund policy.

Do you accept prescriptions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upload a photo or PDF on the prescription page. A coordinator calls to confirm the tests, the fast, and a slot. You approve the final list before anyone is dispatched.

Are the labs accredited?

Accepted Answer

Bioline works with laboratories that run ISO 15189 quality systems, including NABL-accredited partner sites for the assays that require it. The report names the processing lab. Ask the counselling desk if you need the certificate for a visa or an employer.

How do government panel bookings work?

Accepted Answer

Open Government panel, choose the scheme, and keep your card ready. Eligibility depends on the scheme and the city. A coordinator checks the card and the referral before confirming a cashless or discounted order.
